Our mission
We exist to remove friction from ground transportation. Every station, every vehicle and every line of our reservation platform is measured against one standard: the renter is moving within ten minutes of arrival. That standard drives our counter-bypass program, our 24/7 after-hours return network and our investment in digital keys.
Rando is operated by a distributed team of station managers, fleet engineers and software builders. We own our maintenance network rather than outsourcing it, which is why our average vehicle age is 11 months and our roadside response time averages 22 minutes across metro markets.
