If anyone is injured, call emergency services first. Then follow the protocol below and file your report.
Emergency protocol

Secure the scene
Move to safety, activate hazards and check everyone for injuries. Call 911 if anyone is hurt.

Call Rando
Dial 1-800-555-7266 and select option 3. An adjuster opens the file immediately.

Document
Photograph all vehicles, plates, damage, the scene and any police report number.

Do not admit fault
Exchange insurance details only. Liability is determined by the adjusters.
