Yes. Additional drivers can be added at the counter or in your Rando portal. Spouses and domestic partners are free in most US markets.

How do I modify my reservation?

Open the Reservations hub, enter your confirmation number and last name, then choose View / Modify / Cancel.

How large is the security hold?

Accepted Answer

Pay at Counter reservations hold the estimated total plus $250. Pay Now reservations hold $150. Holds release within 3–7 business days after return.

Do you accept debit cards?

Debit cards are accepted at most non-airport stations with two forms of ID and a credit check. Prepaid cards are not accepted.

What does the collision damage waiver cover?

CDW waives your financial responsibility for damage to the rental vehicle, subject to the terms in the rental contract and excluding gross negligence.

Is liability protection included?

State minimum liability is included in the US. Supplemental liability protection up to $1,000,000 can be added at booking or at the counter.

Can I take the vehicle across a border?

US to Canada travel is permitted with prior notice. Mexico and Caribbean inter-island travel requires a specific cross-border package.

Is there a mileage limit?

Most rentals include unlimited mileage. Certain specialty, luxury and one-way rentals include 250 miles per day with an overage rate stated at booking.

What is the cancellation fee?

Pay at Counter reservations cancel free up to 24 hours before pickup. Pay Now rates carry a $25 fee inside 24 hours and are non-refundable after the pickup time passes.

What if my flight is delayed?

Airport reservations are held for four hours past the scheduled pickup time when a flight number is on the booking.
